Our Projects

By the grace of Allāh, a number of beautiful projects have been made possible through the generous donations and support of the followers of Almawaddah Foundation and the Umm Laylā Group.

These projects were born from a shared love for the blessed places of Ḥaḍramawt and a desire to serve their visitors, preserve beneficial knowledge, and make important supplications and guidance easily accessible to people from around the world.

Among the projects completed so far are the “Welcome to Tarīm” signboard and the Duʿāʾ for entering Tarīm, an initiative that was suggested by our beloved Sayyidī al-Ḥabīb ʿUmar bin Ḥafīẓ many years ago.

We have also supported the installation of guidance and duʿāʾ signboards at the blessed graveyards of Zanbal, Furayṭ and Akdar, presenting the supplication to be recited before entering the graveyard in Arabic, transliteration and English translation, so that visitors from different backgrounds may benefit from it.

Another project is the Imām al-Muhājir signboard, helping visitors learn and benefit when visiting this blessed place.

We were also blessed to complete a signboard at the blessed site of Nabī Allāh Hūd عليه السلام. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rainfall during Rabīʿ al-Awwal 1448 AH, the sign was severely damaged and now requires restoration. We hope, by the permission of Allāh and with the continued support of our community, to restore it once again so that it may continue to benefit the many visitors to this blessed place.

With the support of our donors, we were also honoured to contribute to the Ustādhah Mariem Well, located near the mosque at Zanbal, as a form of ongoing charity and service to those who frequent this blessed area.

Every one of these projects has been made possible through the generosity of our community. We ask Allāh to accept from everyone who donated, contributed, shared, supported or made duʿāʾ, and to make these works a ṣadaqah jāriyah whose benefit continues for generations.

May Allāh allow us to continue serving the people and blessed places of Tarīm and Ḥaḍramawt with sincerity, love and good adab, and may He place barakah in every contribution, small or great. Āmīn.
